Some areas of my therapeutic focuses include depression, trauma, living well with personality disorders, disordered eating, the mind-gut connection, substance abuse, and mindful use. I am experienced in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Intuitive Eating, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and Clinical Hypnosis, and aligned with Health At Every Size.
I was built with the empathy, discernment, and compassion to do this. I would love to hear your story today!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of past experiences, anxiety, self-doubt, or difficult relationships. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin creating meaningful change. I believe healing happens through a collaborative, compassionate relationship where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.
I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, and eating disorders. I have additional training in trauma-informed care, eating disorder assessment and intervention, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. My approach is integrative and draws from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and CPT.
I strive to create a therapeutic environment that is warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental. Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, build practical coping skills, and work toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
Seeking support takes courage, and you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
