Therapy can be a space to slow down, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and create meaningful change. I am experienced working with adult women, in both private practice and community mental health settings, supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can build greater self-awareness, strengthen your existing resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

My approach is collaborative and person-centered, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidenced-based interventions based on your individual needs and goals. Together, we'll explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying patterns that may be contributing to challenges. I believe you are the expert on your own experiences. My role is to listen, support your self-exploration, and introduce practical tools and therapeutic strategies that can help you work toward the goals that matter to you.
