Neda Campbell, M.S. LPC-Associate

I believe that healing is possible at every stage of life, and that even our most difficult experiences can become opportunities for greater resilience, self-understanding, and growth. My role is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.

I work with young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress and burnout, and life transitions. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths and resilience you already possess, honoring your unique experiences, values, and goals along the way

My approach is holistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and EMDR-informed therapy for adults. I have experience co-facilitating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups, which continues to inform my clinical work by helping clients develop practical skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. Therapy is individualized because I believe meaningful healing involves more than reducing symptoms—it also means strengthening relationships, reconnecting with personal values, and creating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Farsi, offering a culturally responsive environment where clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural.

If you’re ready to begin, I welcome the opportunity to support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.
